Privacy Policy — Special Ops
Last updated: March 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how HazMob ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you play Special Ops (the "Game") and use related services we offer in connection with the Game (together, the "Services").
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.
1. WHO WE ARE
Controller: HazMob
Country: Türkiye (Turkey)
Registered seat / address: Istanbul, Türkiye
(Optional: add your full street address, district, postal code, and tax / trade registry details here for a formal publication.)
Contact (privacy requests and questions): ozhazmob0@gmail.com
We will respond to privacy-related requests in line with applicable law after reasonable identity verification.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 You provide voluntarily
• Support and communications: If you contact us (e.g. email or in-game support), we process the information you send, such as your email address, in-game identifier, and message content.
• Optional marketing: If we offer newsletters or similar, we collect what you submit for that purpose (you can opt out as described in Section 9).
We ask you to share only what is necessary to resolve your request.
2.2 Collected automatically from your device
When you use the Services, we and our partners may automatically collect technical and usage information, including for example:
• IP address
• Device identifiers (e.g. advertising ID on mobile, device ID where available)
• Device type, operating system, language, time zone
• App version and general usage events (e.g. sessions, gameplay-related events, crashes)
• Approximate location derived from IP or device settings (typically country/region level)
We use this information to operate the Services, secure accounts, understand how the Game is used, fix bugs, measure performance, comply with platform requirements, and—where enabled—deliver and measure advertising.
2.3 From third-party sign-in and platforms
If you sign in or link an account using a third party (e.g. Facebook or other providers available in the Game), that provider may share with us identifiers and profile elements according to their policies and your privacy settings. We receive only what is necessary to authenticate you and operate the Game.
2.4 Multiplayer
The Game includes online multiplayer. When you play online, your player name / nickname, gameplay session data, and related technical data may be visible to other players and processed by our networking providers to operate matchmaking, rooms, and synchronization.
2.5 Payments
If you make in-app purchases, payment information is processed by the platform store (Google Play, Apple App Store) or other authorized payment processors. We do not receive your full card number. We may receive transaction identifiers and purchase status to deliver content.
3. COOKIES, ADVERTISING IDS, AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
On mobile, advertisers and analytics partners often use the Android advertising ID or Apple's IDFA (where permitted) and similar technologies to recognize devices, measure ads, and limit fraud.
How to limit interest-based ads (mobile):
• Apple iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising → limit ad tracking as available on your OS version.
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization (wording may vary by device).
You may still see ads; they may be less relevant. Resetting the advertising identifier may also change how ads are served.
For web builds (if any), cookies or local storage may be used for essential functionality and analytics; you can control cookies in your browser settings.
4. WHY WE PROCESS INFORMATION (PURPOSES)
We process personal information to:
• Provide the Game and multiplayer features, maintain accounts, and deliver purchases
• Secure the Services, prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse
• Analyze usage, improve the Game, and troubleshoot crashes
• Communicate with you about support, security, or important service notices
• Comply with law and enforce our terms
• Show ads and measure ad performance where ads are enabled in a build
5. LEGAL BASES (EEA / UK USERS)
Where GDPR / UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of:
• Contract: providing the Services you request
• Legitimate interests: security, anti-fraud, analytics, product improvement, and—where consistent with law—advertising measurement, balanced against your rights
• Consent: where required (e.g. certain marketing, or tracking where platforms or law mandate consent)
• Legal obligation: where we must disclose or retain data by law
You may object to certain processing where applicable (see Section 9).

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
HazMob is established in Türkiye. We and our partners may also process data in other countries (including the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and elsewhere), for example where service providers host or process data. Where required by law (including Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, "KVKK", where applicable), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other mechanisms recognized under applicable law.
9. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability or to withdraw consent where processing was consent-based.

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, accounting, or security needs, unless a longer period is required by law. When retention ends, we delete or anonymize data where feasible; backup copies may persist for a limited period before automatic overwrite.
11. SECURITY
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risks, including access controls and secure handling practices. No online service is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by the rules of the store where you downloaded the Game, if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe we have done so, contact ozhazmob0@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.
13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (e.g. in-game or via the store listing). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy, to the extent allowed by law.
14. CALIFORNIA / US STATE PRIVACY NOTICES (IF APPLICABLE)
If a US state privacy law applies to you, you may have additional rights (e.g. to know, delete, or opt out of certain "sales" or "sharing" as defined by that law). Contact ozhazmob0@gmail.com to exercise rights. We describe collection and purposes above; categories of data broadly match Sections 2–4.
This Policy is for general information and does not constitute legal advice.
